f you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days from the receipt of the parcel to receive a full refund.
Regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction, please feel free to contact us first. Ensure that the item is shipped back to the correct address and is in marketable condition.
Return Guidelines:

The item must be in its original condition.

This means the product must not have been washed, worn, or have its plastic packaging removed or damaged.

Items that are customized with a name or number, or those that have already been washed, cannot be returned (unless there is a quality issue). We kindly ask for your understanding.
Exchange Policy:

Items without customized branding, name, or number can be exchanged for another item of the same value, or you may pay the difference if you wish to exchange for another item of higher value.

Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the cost of reshipping the exchanged item.
What to Do for Size Exchange:

Exchange via Return: You may return the item for an exchange, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange without Return: If you would like to exchange for a different size, you can pay a fee of $15 or 50% of the item’s price, and we will send you the new size. The return shipping fee will still be your responsibility.
